Places to Read in Leeds

To celebrate World Book Day, the team decided we should show you some of our favorite reading spots in Leeds.

If quiet and tranquil is what you are looking for, prehaps you would appreciate taking a seat on an over turned log at the site of River Aire. Here Danni can be seen enjoying Lord Of The Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Wanting to make the most of your commute, devouring a chapter or two could be for you. Sam here is getting stuck into Doctor Sleep by Steven King on the train ride home.

If you want to feel immersed into a fantastic fantasy setting, enjoying your latest read surrounded by greenery and flowers, all whilst being towered by historic ruins, Kirkstall Abbey could be for you. Like Katie seen engrossed in The Kight and The Moth by Rachel Gillig.

For a quick escape from reality, a cheeky 20 minute reading sesh on the sofas at work could be for you. Danni made the most of a quick break to dive into The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Fancy a quiet spot with the sun and water to pair with an incredible new world, a spot by Leeds canal might be for you. Katie chose this spot to crack into Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros.

Prefer to pair your reading with a hot coffee and a little sweet treat, the Galleria (next door to TMC HQ) could be the spot for you. Danni found herself a seat with a sun trap to finish The Ballad Of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins.
